Bottles from the labeler are guided in to partition plates to form the matrix, as required. They are then counted and pushed to the carton inserting section once the matrix is complete. An operator places the carton over and the bottom minor flaps are closed, after which it progresses to the final zone where all the top and bottom minor and major flaps are closed. Sealing is either by hot melt or BOPP. Palletizing can be done immediately. It's easy to operate and no specialized training required. Constructed completely of stainless steel. Easy to set for different sizes of bottle and cases.
The operation of the machine is through a series of input sensors and pneumatic devices, All actuation of the cylinders are sequentially based with the necessary interlocks. Change over are simple and quick . Some of the functions are changed from the MMI touch screen, with all the alerts messages being displayed. All electronic compounds ace CE market. Error messages are displayed on the MMI.
