The Robot is an articulated arm capable of pick and place of bottles, cartons into corrugated cartons or entire cartons, sacks or any odd shape objects, on pallets. Two pallets can be loaded simultaneously. They can be palletized in an interlocking configuration, for additional stabilization. The pick head being specific for that particular load. All three servo motors are located in the base of the machine and not on the joints, enhancing efficiency.
Four synchronized servo motors, ensure smooth motion from the point of pick to the point of placement. There are two linear axis and two rotary axis. The object to be picked is ready at a fixed point and the placement address is specific for that particular load. The capacity is 50 kilograms play load, excluding the head. It is capable of 20 cycles a minute or 1200 per hour.
