- Shipper cartons can be labelled, with online Barcode printing /Inkjet printing and with or increasing/descending serial numbers as per requirement.

The label head forms the heart of the machine and this consists of the Unwind and Label drive section. The Unwind section has a number of dancing rollers coupled with a brake band to maintain the label tension. An option of High-Low loop tension control via sensors can be used to achieve very high speeds. The label drive roller which is coated with and emery coating to grip the label is driven by Servo motors for very high response. Steeper motors are used for lower speed machines.
The full label head can be moved in the X OR Y axis for adjusting the placement of the label on the bottle. This is done quickly within a few seconds by means of, a simple handwheel setting with a ball guide screw and LM linear bearings. This makes change overs very easy.
